A true investigator who relishes taking a deep dive into the research behind a case, former prosecutor Andrew Yosowitz has effectively applied his fact-finding skills in the world of litigation for over a decade.
Once serving as assistant prosecutor with the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office, Andrew represents clients in litigation throughout the State of Ohio. He has successfully represented political subdivisions and their employees in civil rights and tort litigation.
Andrew takes particular pride in providing legal services to first-responders – defending and training the police officers, deputies and paramedics who keep us safe. In addition to his work with political subdivisions, Andrew also defends and pursues personal injury cases. And, his criminal law background gives him a unique advantage when representing individuals in criminal cases and medical professionals before oversight and certification boards.
